Destination Imagination British Columbia received the first ever “Affiliate of the Year Award” at the IGNITE 2017 DI Affiliate conference in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This peer nominated award features three pillars: Spirit of DI, Community Engagement and Alignment – provides leadership and positive contribution to the Affiliate Director community. DIBC was nominated by Shauna Cornwell, Affiliate Director, Manitoba. It was an honour to have our BC Affiliate recognized by our peers and a testament to the passion and devotion of everyone involved with DIBC. Congratulations to everyone involved with DIBC!
