Expired 2020 Regional Tournaments Registration

It’s time to register your team for a Regional Tournament! These celebrations of creativity, persistence, innovation are a key part of the project-based learning that Destination Imagination provides for your students.

Each team is asked to recruit one volunteer to be an appraiser at a tournament.  We require 50 to 120 volunteer appraisers for each tournament and the more appraisers we have, the better the experience for the students.  We provide in-person and online training for volunteer appraisers and we ask that they are available for the entire tournament day.  We provide refreshments and lunch for the appraisers. It is a rewarding and interesting day for the appraisers – they get to see all of the wonderful and innovative work of the student teams.

Registration fees: $70.00 per team/$40.00 per Rising Stars teams.  Please register by Friday, February 14, 2020.

Lower mainland       February 29, 2020   Seycove Secondary (North Vancouver); 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (teams from North and West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Sunshine Coast, Bowen Island)

Fraser Valley           March 7, 2020         Betty Gilbert Middle School (Aldergrove); 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (teams from Surrey, Langley, Delta, New Westminster, Langley, Tri-Cities, Abbotsford, Hope, Mission, Chilliwack)

Vancouver Island    March 7, 2020         GP Vanier Secondary (Courtenay)
